We have direct experience writing service documentation. For example,
service manuals, principles of operation, installation instructions,
modification instructions, technical newsletters, and software manuals.
CRA also develops user documentation. For example, user manuals, user
guides, and reference guides.
When our technical documents are used as reference materials for
technical training, we work closely with the training design staff so we are
consistent with the terminology they use in the training program. If we are
assigned to do both the training design and technical writing, then this
consistency between training and technical writing is something we build
into our manuals.
